Refund Policy

Before you commit to a program, please consider your employment schedule, finances, and other commitments. Feel free to call us with any questions or concerns before registering, as this refund policy will be strictly enforced.

New Customer Refund Policy

There is no risk for those who have never taken a boot camp at Genesis Fitness. If after attending your first day of camp (you must attend day one or day two of camp), you do not wish to continue with the program for any reason, notify us within 24hrs and 100% of all money paid will be refunded.

General Refund Policy

• 100% of the camp price, less a $20 administrative fee, will be refunded if cancellation notice is given BEFORE 5pm one week prior to the first day of camp (e.g. cancel by 5pm Monday for a camp that starts the following Monday.)
• 50% of the camp price will be refunded if cancellation notice is given less than seven days prior, but before camp has begun.
• No Refunds after the camp has begun.
